1. Introduction

Welcome to the DBI Certification Portal. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the platform by clusters, training pods, students, and administrators. By accessing or using this portal, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Definitions

“Portal” refers to the DBI Certification Platform.
“DBI” refers to Digital Bridge Institute, the entity managing the certification process.
“Clusters” refers to regulatory bodies, networks and associations registered on the portal.
“Pods” refers to an accredited training school registered on the portal.
“Student” refers to an individual enrolled by an accredited institution.
“Administrator” refers to DBI staff managing the platform and certification process.

3. Account Registration & Access

For Pods:
Pods must submit an application and required documents for accreditation. DBI reserves the right to approve or reject any application. Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts.
For Students: Students cannot register directly; they must be enrolled by an accredited institution. Once enrolled, students will receive login credentials via email. Students are responsible for keeping their login details secure.

4. Course Enrollment & Certification

Pods must ensure students complete all required coursework before affirming test eligibility.
Students must meet the passing criteria set by DBI to receive a certificate.
Certificates are issued only for completed programs, not individual courses.

5. Fees & Payments

Pods may be required to pay an accreditation fee.
Any applicable course fees will be determined by the institution and DBI.
Payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Test & Retake Policy

Students must complete all courses in a program before taking the test.
Retakes are allowed only with approval from the training institution.
Any attempt to manipulate or cheat on tests may lead to disqualification.

7. Certificate Verification

Certificates include a unique ID and can be verified via the portal.
Employers or third parties can verify certificates using the provided QR code or verification link.

8. Portal Usage & Restrictions

Users must not misuse the portal for fraudulent activities.
Any unauthorized access, modification, or distribution of portal content is prohibited.
DBI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation.

9. Data Privacy & Security

User data is protected and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
By using this portal, you agree to DBI’s Privacy Policy regarding data collection and usage.

10. Modification of Terms

DBI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the updated terms.
